Our Care

As a smaller home, we treat all residents as individuals, and provide you with as much care and support as you would like, involving you and your relatives in your care plan. We have introduced an electronic Care Plan system which enables accurate and effective recording of care needs and provision, using the latest iPods which enables us quickly and accurately to tailor your care package to your individual needs.

We work closely with local authorities, our community teams and other health care professionals, to keep updated on new ideas and ways of working, to achieve the best possible care for you. You will have full support around your health and social needs, receiving special attention from trained and experienced staff.
