Asher Care Ltd was established in 2013. The Providers are Alistair Whitmoor-Pryer and Heather Whitmoor-Pryer, Richard Buswell and Helen Buswell. We have many qualifications in Management, Care, Human Resources, Finance and Business. We pride ourselves on a ‘team approach’ and are actively engaged in directing the Home.
The Manager of Asher Care is Nicky Manley who has over 20 years’ experience in Care. Her experience includes working with people with Mental Health conditions, Re-ablement, dementia and Residential care.
The Asher Care Senior Care team are all qualified in care and have mixed experience within the health care sector. All the Senior Carer’s are either qualified or working towards individual specialised training such as Health and Safety and Train the Trainer qualifications.
The team of Care Assistants are qualified or working towards Health and Social Care qualifications.
We have a Maintenance Technician, Domestic Assistants and Cooks who all make up a part of the Asher Care team
We have our own internal qualified trainer and are able to provide training for other external organisations.
We are committed to staff development and encourage training at all levels using a range of training organisations, to invest into our team. We encourage a career pathway for anyone wishing to develop their skills.
