We are doing all we can to remain free from Coronavirus COVID-19 and protect our residents and staff during this period of uncertainly. In order to do this, we are asking for your help and support by requesting that we have no visitors, except healthcare professionals, as advised by Government guidelines. This is to ensure that we keep you, your loved ones and our staff as safe as possible.

We know that it is difficult not to see your loved ones at this time and will do all we can to help you keep in touch with them. We are set up for Skype calls, telephone calls, visits through a window, email and post. In the home we have made cards, taken photos to post to family and have kept families updated on Coronavirus testing. Please rest assured that your loved ones are comfortable, safe, well fed and in good spirits.

We are indebted to our great staff team and how well they are working together during this difficult time and adjusting to new ways of working to keep the home Covid-19 free. We continue to keep a relaxed and sociable atmosphere within the home, with plenty of activity inside and in the garden while practicing physical distancing as much as possible.

We understand that this is a worrying time, and want to reassure you that our Manager is doing everything she can, along with the staff team to ensure that your loved ones are safe.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Nicky (Manager)or Tracey (Deputy)
