We were delighted to have been chosen to participate in Bearnes School, Newton Abbot ‘Out and About Community Day’.  In advance of their afternoon visit to Asher Care Ltd, the children started their morning at school preparing and cooking shortbread biscuits.  Some of the girls, off their own back, had made loom band bracelets and necklaces to give away.

The visit was a great success and enjoyed by residents, staff, children and all. The children presented their shortbread and gifts to our residents which were very well received.

To show our appreciation for their visit, all the children were given a small bag of treats. Thank you Bearnes School for giving us a super day at Asher Care, we are already looking forward to the next visit.
